Payment Types
We accept the following types of payment: Money Orders, Certified and Personal checks (please note that all checks must clear before item is shipped), Visa, and Mastercard.

Cancellations
Orders cancelled before shipping are subject to a 15% administration fee.
IN THE EVENT THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL AN ORDER, PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MUST RESPOND AND CONFIRM YOUR CANCELLATION FOR IT TO BE VALID.
All correspondance regarding cancellations will be initiated over the phone and confirmed in writing by fax or email.
There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations once your machine has shipped

Machinery Distributors reserves the right to cancel any special offers and/or orders at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel any order; in unforeseen circumstances it may not be possible to fulfill a particular order.
We reserve the right to modify and redefine our policies in order to clarify the terms for all parties.

Any controversy or claim rising out of or relating to this sale, or the breach of this contract, shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of net-ARB.com. The costs of arbitration shall be initially borne by the user and later apportioned by the arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of net-ARB's Consumer Confidence Program. The arbitrator's decision will be binding and may not be appealed. A judgment of a court having jurisdiction may be entered upon the arbitrator's award.
