Please note that shipping items weighing
over 70lbs, (The Carvewright is the only
exception to this) does not include delivery
to a residential location but to a commercial
loading dock only.
The Carvewright can be shipped to a residential
or commercial location free of charge.
If you need residential delivery and/or a
lift gate please contact us, there is an
additional charge which we will quote you
within a short time.
Please note that shipping as quoted is only
to the lower 48 states. We do not ship to
Alaska or Hawaii.
Most orders typically ship within 3 to 8
business days.
Payment Types
We accept the following types of payment:
Paypal, Money Orders, Certified and Personal
checks (please note that all checks must
clear before item is shipped), Visa, and
Mastercard. Please note that your purchase
will show up billed from Knock On Wood Inc.
Machinery is sold unassembled unless otherwise
specified.
Cancellation and Returns
Orders cancelled after we have placed the
order with the manufacturer and before shipping
are subject to a 15% administration fee.
IN THE EVENT THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL AN ORDER,
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MUST RESPOND AND CONFIRM
YOUR CANCELLATION FOR IT TO BE VALID.
Please note that all correspondance regarding
cancellations must be confirmed in writing
by fax, mail or email.
We cannot accept order cancellations after
your machine has shipped.

IF YOU HAVE ERRONEOUSLY GIVEN US A SHIPPING
ADDRESS THAT THE SHIPPING COMPANY INFORMS
US IS A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS, (OR IS IN ANY
OTHER WAY INCORRECT) IF WE CATCH THE ERROR
BEFORE THE SHIPMENT IS DELIVERED YOU HAVE
THE OPTION OF PAYING THE EXTRA CHARGE OR
PICKING THE MACHINERY UP AT YOUR LOCAL TERMINAL.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE ANY COSTS
INCURRED TO US DUE TO SUCH ERRORS TO THE
CUSTOMER IN THE EVENT OF THE ORDER FULFILLMENT
OR POSSIBLE CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER.
Any controversy or claim rising out of or
relating to this sale, or the breach of this
contract, shall be settled by binding arbitration
in accordance with the rules of net-ARB.com. The costs of arbitration shall be initially
borne by the user and later apportioned by
the arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration
Rules of net-ARB's Consumer Confidence Program. The arbitrator's decision will be binding
and may not be appealed. A judgment of a
court having jurisdiction may be entered
upon the arbitrator's award.
We reserve the right to cancel any order;
in unforeseen circumstances it may not be
possible to fulfill a particular order.
SHIPPING
Please understand that once the piece has
left our warehouse, we are not responsible
for the time that it takes to reach you.
We do our best to process things as quickly
as possible, and will use the best shipping
options available.
TAX
All residents of VA must pay
state tax. All
others are responsible for local
sales/use
tax.

WARRANTY INFORMATION BELOW:
LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT
LHR Technologies, Inc. (“LHR”) warrants this
product against defects in material
or workmanship
for the time period of one year
from the
original date of purchase or
200 hours of
use whichever comes first. Pursuant
to this
Limited Warranty, LHR will, at
its option,
(i) repair the product using
new or refurbished
parts; or, (ii) replace the product
with
a new or refurbished product.
For purposes
of this Limited Warranty, “refurbished”
means
a product or part that has been
returned
to its original specifications.
In the event
of a defect, these are your exclusive
remedies.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser
only and is not transferable.
The CarveWright
is warranted for use in the United
States
only.
This warranty does not apply to any refurbished,
reconditioned or remanufactured
machines.
Nor does it apply to any machines
that have
been re-packaged or re-sold in
any manner.
Official CarveWright remanufactured
machines
may be covered by a separate
warranty, which
can be obtained from LHR by calling

RESPONSIBILITY OF ORIGINAL PURCHASER:
To process a warranty claim on this product,
DO NOT return it to the retailer.
The product
must be evaluated by an LHR Technologies,
Inc. (“LHR”) Authorized Service
Technician.
Please call (713) 473-6572 for
return instructions.
All warranty work must be performed
by an
authorized LHR service technician
using LHR
approved replacement parts.
Retain original cash register sales receipt
or receipt from LHR as proof
of purchase
for warranty work.
Use reasonable care in the operation and
maintenance of the product as
described on
the Owners Manual(s).
Deliver or ship the product to LHR Technologies
according to the shipping and
packing instructions
that will be provided upon calling

473-6572. Freight costs, if any,
must be
paid by the purchaser. Product
should be
shipped in its original packaging
or in approved
packing material (which can be
obtained from
LHR by calling (713) 473-6572).
Any damage
caused by improper packaging
shall be the
responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping
damage is not covered by the
warranty. It
is strongly recommended that
customers obtain
adequate insurance on any shipments
to LHR.
This product must be registered with LHR
before obtaining any warranty
service.
This product is for personal home use only.
Any commercial or industrial
use voids the
warranty.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Merchandise sold as reconditioned, used,
rental equipment, and floor and
display models.
Merchandise that has become damaged or inoperative
because of ordinary wear, misuse,
cold, heat,
rain, excessive humidity, wetness,
freeze
damage, use of improper chemicals,
negligence,
accident, failure to operate
the product
in accordance with the instructions
provided
in the Owners Manual(s) supplied
with the
product, improper maintenance,
commercial
use, acts of God, limitations
of technology,
the use of accessories or attachments
not
specified by LHR, or unauthorized
repairs,
modifications or alterations.
Repair and transportation costs of merchandise
determined not to be defective.
Costs associated with assembly, required
cleaning and maintenance, adjustments
or
other installation and start
up costs.
Expendable parts or accessories supplied
with the product which are expected
to become
inoperative or unusable after
a reasonable
period of use including but not
limited to
flex shafts, cutting/router bits,
quick-change
mechanism, grit surface drive
belts, bit
adapters, and lubricants.
Using the machine with unapproved bits will
void the warranty.
Any unauthorized repairs, modifications,
or alterations will void the
warranty.
Warranty is null and void if machine is used
to cut metals, stone, or any
other hard material.
ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL
LOSS, DAMAGE, OR EXPENSE THAT
MAY RESUL FROM
ANY DEFECT, FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION
OF THE
PRODUCT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS
WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow the
exclusion of
or limitation of incidental or
consequential
damages, so the above limitation
or exclusion
may not apply to you.
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
ARE
LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION
OF THIS
WARRANTY. Some states do not
allow limitations
on how long an implied warranty
lasts, so
the above limitations or exclusion
may not
apply to you.
OTHER WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
This warranty only includes the cost of parts
and labor for items covered by
the warranty.
The sole liability of LHR with
respect to
this warranty shall be repair
and replacement
as set forth herein.
No claim of breach of warranty shall be cause
for cancellation or rescission
of the contract
of sale of any CarveWright machine.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights,
and you may also have other rights,
which
vary from state to state.
Please keep the box and packaging from the
CarveWright machine. This box
will be used
for shipping in the event that
the unit needs
servicing.
